Iberdrola concludes work with 13.5-MW solar farm in Portugal
- Spanish utility Iberdrola SA (BME: IBE) revealed today that it has settled the building of the 13.5-MW Conde solar photovoltaic (PV) plant in the Setubal area, Portugal.
The near EUR-11-million (USD 10.9 m) project is one of 7 quotes that allowed Iberdrola secure capacity in Portugal's solar auction in 2019.
Conde is located in the Palmela community. It includes some 25,000 solar modules that will certainly generate adequate power to fulfill yearly consumption demands of about 5,000 households, the firm said.
