German solar developer ib vogt GmbH has successfully commissioned a 40-MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) park in Poland, located in the Silesian Voivodeship. The park, equipped with bifacial PV modules, has an estimated annual power output of 43 GWh, enough to power approximately 19,000 homes. The project, spanning 30 hectares of land in the town of Ziebice, Zabkowice District, has received Provisional Acceptance Certification (PAC) for its operations.
This marks ib vogt's second PV farm in Poland, bringing its total installed solar capacity in the country to 175 MWp. The company completed the development, financing, and construction of the Ziebice park in-house, showcasing its expertise in the solar energy sector. With over 4.3 GW of solar assets globally, ib vogt continues to expand its presence in the renewable energy market, contributing to the transition towards sustainable energy sources.
