Ib Vogt agrees funding for 135MW Polish PV
- BayernLB as well as Siemens Financial Services, with Siemens Bank, are backing the solar scheme
Ib Vogt has agreed with BayernLB and also Siemens Financial Services, via Siemens Bank, the funding for a 135MWp solar project that is under construction in Poland.
The solar project notes a substantial investment in Poland's renewable energy industry with a total dedication of US$ 90.4 m (EUR90.4 m).
Industrial procedure of the first area is expected in September 2022, the full project will certainly be functional by the start of 2023.
The nuclear power plant is located near the communities of Zamość as well as Szczebrzeszyn in the Lublin voivodeship in the southeast of Poland.
The project covers a location of 154 ha of land with high solar irradiation and low-quality soil and will certainly consist of more than 250,000 photovoltaic panels.
With an outcome of as much as 150GWh annually, the panels will create clean solar electricity equivalent to the average consumption of 70,000 houses, conserving up to 100,000 tonnes of CO2 annually.
