Green Building Renewables, a UK installer of renewable energy solutions, has acquired Solar Voltaics, a solar panel installation and EV charging provider based in Chichester. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Solar Voltaics serves residential and commercial customers in Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey, and Dorset. This acquisition is the eighth for Green Building Renewables, increasing its annual turnover to £35 million. Last month the company purchased Steve Cross Plumbing and Heating in Kidlington.
