- Solar power systems with an overall capability of 435 MW as well as 142 MW of onshore wind turbines were set up in Germany in July, data released by the Federal Network Agency shows.

While solar energy remained to broaden at a much faster rate in July, with new capability setups surpassing the levels from the previous two months, recently deployed wind power slowed down, falling from 189 MW in June.
The mass of the new solar ability, or 308.8 MW, featured plants connected to the grid outside of EEG tenders. Of these, just 10.2 MW were ground-mounted systems.
Given that the begin of 2021, Germany has actually added almost 3.19 GW of solar and also some 1.16 GW of onshore wind ability, while new biomass plants completed 33.6 MW.
