German programmer acquires solar rights in Italy

- WFW recommended on the deal for 156 hectares of growth land in Sicily

Blue Elephant Energy (BEE) has authorized a land use and growth arrangement with multiple landowners to protect over 156 hectares of land in Sicily, Italy, for the development of numerous solar energy plant projects.
The projects are expected to reach ready-to-build standing by the end of 2022.
Watson Farley & Williams encouraged Hamburg-based BEE on the bargain.
The WFW Italy Energy group encouraging BEE was led by companion and WFW Italy Head Eugenio Tranchino as well as guidance Luca Sfrecola, functioning carefully with associate Anthony Bellacci.
