German bank aids fund 99MW Spanish PV trio for Foresight

Munich-based bank Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) has actually given project funding for three solar plants in Granada, Spain, with an integrated capacity of almost 99MW.

The bank worked as lending institution for an organized car loan granted to the three special function vehicles (SPVs) that own the plants.

The SPVs are had by Foresight Solar Fund, a detailed entity taken care of by Foresight Group.

Law firm Watson Farley & Williams suggested BayernLB.
