The purchasing consortium is made up of funds managed by Fiera Infrastructure Inc, a subsidiary of Fiera Capital Corp (TSE:FSZ), and Palisade Infrastructure Group.
Amp US, now rebranded as PureSky Energy Inc and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, specializes in developing, owning, and managing U.S. community solar and storage projects. As of the announcement, PureSky Energy has a 200-MW DC portfolio comprising 39 active or in-progress projects, along with a substantial future project pipeline.
