Falck got the continuing to be 30% shares it did not have in each firm from Canadian Solar Inc (NASDAQ: CSIQ), it stated on Thursday without giving the value of the purchase.

Big wheel owns a solar project with a capacity of some 250 MW, while Iron SPV holds a solar (PV) scheme of around 35 MW. Falck acquired the 70% stakes in each of both companies in 2019.
