Faerch Group Joins European Energy for UK Solar PPA

European Energy has signed a PPA with plastic manufacturer Faerch Group for the 40MW Bubney solar farm located in Shropshire, 80km south of Liverpool. Under the 10-year term of the PPA, Faerch Group will purchase 100% of the electricity generated by the farm and will have access to a renewable power supply, reducing its carbon footprint and contributing to a greener future. Gregor McDonald, head of energy trading and PPA’s at European Energy, expressed his excitement at the partnership saying that it marks a significant milestone in the company's UK operations.
