Everwood Sells Solar, Storage Vehicle to Denmark's Glentra

Spanish fund manager Everwood Capital has sold its renewables development vehicle DVP Solar Worldwide to Denmark's Glentra Capital. The Danish energy transition infrastructure investor acquired DVP, which develops utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects in Europe and Latin America. DVP has originated and developed over 2 GW of projects mainly in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and Colombia, with a focus on agrivoltaics.
The sale of DVP represents the first divestment of Everwood’s Fund V portfolio. Everwood plans to continue investing in renewables through the fifth fund, aiming to acquire an additional 350 MW of fully permitted projects in 2024. The firm currently has around 1 GW of projects with construction permits in place and is working towards starting construction this year.
