Eurowind, Capstone established JV for 1-GW-plus renewables portfolio in US

- Danish renewables designer Eurowind Energy A/S and also Canadian independent power producer Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (TSE: CSE-A) have established a joint venture (JV) to pursue clean energy opportunities in the United States.

The JV is currently establishing a pipe of more than 1 GW of new projects in California, all in early stages and extending battery storage space, wind and solar PV power modern technologies, Eurowind claimed on Tuesday.
The partners have equal interest in the projects. Canada-based Wind Works Power Corp is the original developer of the California projects and also is advancing them along with the JV, according to Eurowind's statement.
