Etrion Completes Sale of 60 MW Mie Solar Project

- Etrion Corporation (" Etrion" or the "Company") (TSX: ETX) (OMX: ETX), a solar independent power manufacturer, reveals that it has finished the sale of its financial investment interest in the Mie 60 MW solar project and got JPY 3.4 billion (roughly US$ 32.2 million). On top of that, Etrion's subsidiary, Etrion Japan KK, has been paid an advancement charge of JPY 300 million (around US$ 2.8 million).
Earlier this month, Etrion Japan KK also got a payment of JPY 700 million (around US$ 6.6 million) as settlement for work performed to day. In accumulation, Etrion has received a total amount of JPY 4.4 billion (around US$ 41.6 million) for this project.

Marco Antonio Northland, Etrion's Chief Executive Officer, commented: "I am really delighted that we were able to monetize this project as well as gather nearly US$ 42 million. The Mie purchase greatly enhances our cash placement and provides adaptability on exactly how ideal to optimize investor worth."
