ERG closes procurement of 34 MW of solar arrays in Italy

- Italian power firm ERG SpA (BIT: ERG) revealed on Thursday that it has actually settled acquiring 33.8 MW of solar arrays in your home.

Specifically, ERG's subsidiary ERG Solar Holding 2 Srl has completed the procurement of MP Solar BV, a Dutch entity possessed by ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund PE BV, for a business value of EUR 128 million (USD 130.3 m) since December 31, 2021.
