Eni unit takes bulk stake in 1.5-GW renewables portfolio in Italy, Spain
- A unit of Italian oil as well as gas firm Eni SpA (BIT: ENI) is getting a 65% stake in Hergo Renewables S.P.A., a business that has a 1.5-GW portfolio of solar as well as wind projects in Spain and also Italy.
