The deals, structured by Encavis' project finance team, provide EUR 181.5 million in term loans, EUR 13 million in letter of credit facilities, and EUR 8.5 million in debt service reserve facilities. The solar parks were built by Norway's Statkraft A/S and are operated under long-term power purchase agreements.

This refinancing will help Encavis continue its operations in the Spanish solar market and further expand its renewable energy portfolio.
