Encavis Buys 28-MW Spanish Solar Park

- Encavis AG expands its Spanish solar portfolio to 583 MW with the acquisition of a 28-MW solar park project in Castile and Leon. Completion of the project will generate 50 GWh of electricity annually for large industrial clients. Encavis plans to reach 8GW of European wind and solar assets by 2027.
Encavis AG has acquired a 28-MW solar park project in the Spanish region Castile and Leon from ILOS Projects GmbH. The project is located in the Valladolid region of northwestern Spain and is expected to enter construction shortly. Upon completion, it will generate an annual output of over 50 GWh of electricity that will be supplied to large industrial clients. This acquisition follows Encavis' purchase of a 55-MW solar park in Andalusia from Hive Energy last November and increases their Spanish solar portfolio to 583 MW. Encavis is striving to reach a goal of 8-GW of European wind and solar assets by 2027.
