The government of Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed a 30-year concession agreement with Elektrohertz d.o.o. Rogatica for the construction and operation of a 150-MW solar park. Announced by the Ministry of Energy and Mining, the deal will facilitate the development of the Javor photovoltaic farm in Rogatica, with an investment of BAM 194.4 million (USD 115.5 million/EUR 99.4 million).

The solar park is expected to be completed within four years and will generate approximately 197.1 GWh of electricity annually. Elektrohertz has paid an initial fee of BAM 971,932 and will pay a concession fee of BAM 0.0055 per kWh of electricity produced.
