Elawan enters Italian solar market
- Orix Group firm has acquired 2 development stage PV projects from a local programmer

Elawan Energy has entered the Italian PV market with the purchase of 2 development stage solar photovoltaic projects from a local designer.
The projects will certainly be built in the Puglia region of southern Italy.
When functional, arranged for 2025, both plants will have a capacity of 20.4 MW and also 51.2 MW, respectively.
Elawan chief financial investment policeman Pedro Garcia Crespo stated: "This purchase is a crucial action in our international expansion through a method of sustained development and adds to our function of providing integrated solutions that enable the decarbonisation of energy systems worldwide."
Elawan becomes part of the Orix Group as well as runs across the whole value chain of the renewable energy market, from growth to financing, building and construction as well as procedure.
