The company protected funding commitments from ARCH Emerging Markets Partners, Bank of America as well as the Microsoft Climate Innovation Fund, with an added US$ 25 million in elderly debt to establish its near-term solar mini-grid portfolio.

Mini-grids will certainly be co-located with solar as well as battery storage services to offer 'night and day' power to the residential as well as commercial market.
