Low-carbon energy saw the most investment, with $7.4 billion, followed by transport ($4.6 billion) and industry ($2.9 billion). China reclaimed its position as the leading market, with $4.5 billion in investment, while Sweden saw the biggest increase in funding, with a 224% jump from its four-quarter rolling average. The number of venture capital and private equity funds with a climate tech focus also rose, with 34 new funds expected to inject $8.2 billion into the sector.
