Cero bankrolls 48-MW Italian agrivoltaic solar project in Lazio
- Cero Generation, an independent portfolio business of Macquarie's Green Investment Group (GIG), has reached economic close on a 48-MW agrivoltaic solar project in the Lazio area of Italy.
The firm stated it arranged the funding in collaboration with Bayern LB, Siemens Financial Services through Siemens Bank, and Banco Santander.
The Castrum project is Cero's second large-scale agrivoltaic setup in the country and also is being implemented in the Municipality of Montalto di Castro, Viterbo province.
