Brazil's Energisa wraps up procurement of 110 MWp of solar projects
- Brazilian electrical energy distributor Energisa SA (BVMF: ENGI11) stated on Monday it has finished the purchase of numerous solar projects with a combined capacity of as much as 110.2 MWp through subsidiary Alsol Energias Renovaveis SA.

Alsol is paying approximately BRL 6.9 million (USD 1.4 m/EUR 1.3 m) for 3 firms-- Renesolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda, Flowsolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda and Carbonsolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda-- with each other having some 33 solar dispersed generation (DG) projects.
This purchase becomes part of a 136-MWp solar portfolio purchase introduced in January. At the time Energisa stated it was targeting a total amount of 41 solar DG projects in 11 business.
The sellers are domestic business Vision Sistemas Ltda, and also regional business owners Julio De Paula Kierluff, Weberton Luiz Goncalves Eller and also Rodrigo Madeira Marque.
Energisa kept in mind in journalism release that conclusion of the procurement of the staying eight business is still subject to certain problems particularly applicable to these firms.
