BESS Power Corporation has secured up to USD 15 million (EUR 13.8m) in growth capital to advance their development of 2.4 GW of utility-scale stand-alone energy storage projects. The investment will go towards developing their flagship project - the 407.55-MW Lund Storage Center in Texas - as well as projects in Arizona, Tennessee and New Mexico. The company was founded in 2022 through a joint venture of Redelfi, Altea Green Power and Elio Energy Group LLC and has already achieved 900 MW of its targeted pipeline.
