  • The state of Bavaria is using 66 state homes to private investors for the installment of solar systems on the roofings in a drive to much better harness the solar energy possibility in Germany's sunny south area.

The state has introduced 2 tenders to rent the roof coverings of state buildings in Upper Bavaria and also Swabia. Quotes can be sent up until January 23, 2023, the state's Ministry of Housing, Building and Transport claimed on its website.

The very first auction consists of a package of 31 buildings in Swabia which will be leased to one bidder while the 2nd auction targets 35 buildings in Upper Bavaria.
