The supposed Energy 21 portfolio is comprised of 36 solar PV plants, a number of them located in the Moravia as well as Bohemia regions, Enery claimed.

The acquisition was settled for a concealed price.

Enery will certainly merge the Energy 21 portfolio with its existing solar PV ability in the Czech Republic, which comes at 21 MW across 6 solar farms.

Complying with the procurement, Enery now owns 45 solar PV plants in operation in Central and also Eastern Europe (CEE).

The CEE and Austria-focused Enery was founded in 2019 by its currently Chief Executive Officer Richard Koenig, COO Lukas Nemec as well as independent power manufacturer RP Global. The business recently completed a resources rise with brand-new capitalist Three Seas Campaign Investment Fund SA, which acquired a "considerable" risk in the target.

CEE Equity Partners is the investment expert to China-Central and Eastern Europe Investment Cooperation Fund.
