- The city council of Anklam in the area of Vorpommern-Greifswald, northern Germany, has voted by a bulk in favor of the building and construction of a 300 MW solar park by German designer Anumar Solar GmbH.
According to the company, the choice indicates that urban land-use planning as well as a thorough evaluation of the project can currently begin. The project would currently be "the biggest solar energy plant in Germany," states Anumar. A binding concept will be offered "in the following couple of months."
Anumar had currently opened a regional workplace in Anklam in mid-April. The company is presently creating solar parks in northern Germany with a complete result of over 500 MW.
