Antaisolar Powers Uzbekistan's Solar Ambitions

Antaisolar has secured a 470 MWp solar tracking systems deal in Uzbekistan. The order was placed by engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor Enter Engineering and the solar farm is set to become operational in December. The Chinese manufacturer will deliver its slew-drive single-axis 1P tracking system, TAI-Simple, which will increase power output by 18.5%-24%. This marks the largest solar tracker award in Central Asia for Antaisolar and its cumulative solar racking shipments stand at 25.4 GW. Uzbekistan is aiming to increase its share of renewables in the power generation mix up to 25% by 2026 and 35% by 2030.
