Albioma awarded 12.1 MWp of solar projects in French tenders

- French renewable resource producer Albioma SA (EPA: ABIO) said it has actually secured 12.1 MWp of solar projects in 2 federal government requires tenders that ended this summer.

In August 2020, the independent power manufacturer (IPP) was awarded 7.6 MWp of rooftop projects, including storage space, in the tender process for the construction and also procedure of solar energy systems in France's non-interconnected zones (ZNIs).
This ability will be split between 17 projects situated in Reunion Island, Martinique and Guadeloupe.
In June, Albioma secured a single 4.5-MWp ground-based solar project without storage space in the round looking for bids for plants in landmass France. The project is sited in the department of Aude.
Building and construction of all projects is set to begin in 2021, Albioma stated.
