Agrivert, a UK biomethane producer, has recently acquired Chiltern Solar Limited, a provider of solar PV and battery storage solutions. The business was purchased for an undisclosed amount from its founders, Steve and Julie Gamston. Chiltern Solar has installed more than 1,000 systems over the past five years and is active in EV charge points and energy-saving devices. Agrivert specialises in anaerobic digestion and solar PV installations, and the acquisition will enable them to broaden their customer base and provide new solutions. CEO Phil Earl states this is an important step for the group as they continue to grow.
