Acciona adds 238MW PV facility in Chile
- Acciona Energia has commissioned the 238MW Malgarida solar facility in the Atacama Desert in Chile.

Malgarida 1 and 2 will generate 654 gigawatt-hours of power a year.
They comprise 580,000 modules mounted on horizontal monitoring frameworks as well as installed over an area of 535 hectares.
The associated investment total up to $170m (EUR144m), Acciona claimed.
