A1 SolarStore launches Solar scholarship for Engineering students

A1 SolarStore, an online solar equipment store, launches Solar scholarship for Engineering students of American universities. The winner gets $1,000 in tuition for a renewable energy program of their choice.

Applicants are required to submit an essay about their stance on climate change, and career and education goals. The deadline for applications is set to December 15, 2023. The winner will be announced on March 15, 2024. You can learn more on the Solar Scholarship webpage.

“On the one hand, we believe that solar energy is a big part of a solution to climate change and we feel that we have to contribute to solving this problem. On the other hand, for us this scholarship is a way to learn what the younger generation thinks, meet new partners and possibly future colleagues” says Sergey Fedorov, CTO and co-founder of A1 SolarStore.
