98MW Italian Solar Sale to French Producer Rubis Photosol

- Ib Vogt has sold a 98MW portfolio of solar projects in Italy to French solar energy producer Rubis Photosol. This multi-gigawatt portfolio includes 10 PV and agrivoltaic projects in the Lazio region, two of which have reached ready-to-build status. With eight projects expected to reach RTB in the next year, this is Ib Vogt's first sale from its Italian portfolio. 380MW of additional projects are currently permitted.
Ib Vogt has sold a 98MW portfolio of solar projects in Italy to French solar energy producer Rubis Photosol. The portfolio consists of 10 PV and agrivoltaic projects in the Lazio region and has been funded by Ib Vogt. Two of the projects have already reached ready-to-build status and have been acquired in late June. The remaining eight projects are expected to reach RTB over the next year. This transaction is Ib Vogt's first sale from a multi-gigawatt portfolio of projects in development throughout Italy. There are two other permitted projects in the country, comprising over 380MW in solar developments.
