Aspen and Oakhurst have combined forces to create Headwater Energy, a 4.3-GWp integrated solar and energy storage platform, with an 83-MWp portfolio of operating assets and seven projects under construction. Headwater Energy will also serve as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), with plans to seek additional funding in 2024 to expand its project pipeline and fleet.
