Perennial Renewables LLC is a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation of Americas and Advantage Capital. The company is developing 2 GW of solar photovoltaic projects in the Midwest and Northeastern US, with operations by 2024. Additionally, plans to add new renewable energy projects are underway to help Sumitomo achieve 5 GW of renewable energy assets by 2030.

Jakson Solar, an Indian module manufacturer, has formed a strategic partnership with Ariel Re, a Lloyd's of London Syndicate, to provide product & performance warranties. Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited has been granted USD 425 million by the US International Development Finance Corporation for building a 4.3-GW solar cell and module manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu. This project will create 2,000 jobs and module production is expected to start in 2020. India's renewable energy goals will be boosted by this facility. Tata Power currently has a 7.8 GW renewable energy portfolio.

GreenGo Energy and Encavis AG have partnered to provide 500MW of solar energy to the German market. Their success in Denmark has resulted in a 1.1GW total project portfolio, and the companies plan to expand their operations in Germany.

Redeux Energy Partners LLC is offering 1.7 GW DC of solar and 160 MW/640 MWh of battery energy storage projects in 7 US states for sale. Marathon Capital LLC is advising and reaching out to IPPs, strategics and financiers in clean energy. Redeux is currently operating in 15 states with 3.5-GW pipeline of projects and aims to expand to 5 GW by 2023.

Igneo Infrastructure Partners has acquired a majority stake in US renewable power producer Soltage LLC, enabling the expansion of its 1.9-GW pipeline of solar and storage projects. Prudential Private Capital has sold its equity interest with Co-founder and CEO Jesse Grossman and the management team retaining shareholdings.

Keppel MET Renewables has acquired a 38-MW solar PV project in Italy. The project is expected to be operational in 2026, adding to KMR's 200-MW renewable portfolio. KMR is aiming for 2 GW of installed capacity by 2026 and expanding its reach to other EU countries.

Acwa Power Co. is expanding to China and other Asian markets in 2022, focusing on desalinization, power plants and renewable energy. Octopus Investments Australia raises AUD 250 million for its renewable energy fund, OASIS. With contributions from Hostplus, CEFC and Sky Renewables, plus a new investor Rest, total funds raised now stand at AUD 550 million. Octopus manages a platform of assets worth AUD 1 billion.

Encavis AG expands its Spanish solar portfolio to 583 MW with the acquisition of a 28-MW solar park project in Castile and Leon. Completion of the project will generate 50 GWh of electricity annually for large industrial clients. Encavis plans to reach 8GW of European wind and solar assets by 2027.

Qualitas Energy has completed a €280m refinancing operation on the 500MW Mula photovoltaic solar plant in Spain. BBVA, EDC, DekaBank, Unicaja and Bankinter participate in the "Green Loan Principles" classified loan. Qualitas is a leader in renewable energy investment and management since 2006.
