What is Micro-inverter?

Small inverter connected to each individual PV panel and converting its direct current into alternating current. Microinverters are a crucial step forward in solar industry. They maximize the output of each panel and, in contrast to central inverters, allow panels operate independently. So if one panel is subject to shading, bird poo, or other negative factors, it does not affect the performance of other panels.
