What is Grid stabilisation?
Stability of the system is crucial for proper operation of power supply. Electricity generation and consumption must be balanced to guarantee that power supply is reliable. The mains supply must have constant frequency and voltage. Because some voltage fluctuations occur in electrical grids, the grids have to be stabilized by special equipment in order to maintain stable voltage. PV system may be used for grid stabilization, especially for medium voltages.
