NTPC Tenders for O&M of 50 MW Solar Project in Madhya Pradesh
NTPC Ltd has issued a tender, inviting bids from eligible bidders for undertaking the operation and maintenance (O&M) services for its 50 MW grid-connected solar power project in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh for a period of 1 year. The last date for bid submission is February 6, 2019, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on February 8, 2019. The date and time of the price-bid openings shall be intimated to qualified bidders after the evaluation of techno-commercial bids. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 5 lakh along with their bids. To be eligible for participating in the bidding process, The bidder should have executed contract for Installation & Commissioning and/ or Operation & Maintenance of at least one 30 MWp or above capacity grid-connected Solar Power Plant, as per the following during the preceding five years reckoned as on the date of Techno-commercial Bid opening: a) Executed value not less than Rs 2.1 Crore in a Single Contract. OR b) Executed value not less than Rs 1.31 Crore in Two Contracts each. OR c) Executed value not less than Rs 1.05 Crore in Three Contracts each. Furthermore, the average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of the techno-commercial bid opening should not be less than Rs 2.63 crore. Recently, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) had issued a tender, inviting bids from eligible firms for carrying out the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) work on the firms’ 5 MW solar PV power plant at the Ranipet premises in Tamil Nadu. The scope of work for the selected bidders will include the operation and maintenance of the plant for a period of two years from March 7, 2020, to March 6, 2022. The last date for bid submission is January 31, 2019, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on the same date.
