EDPR transfers 200-MW solar park in Indiana to NIPSCO

- Madrid-based renewables business EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI: EDPR) revealed on Tuesday that it has actually completed deal with and transferred control of the 200-MW Indiana Crossroads solar park to Northern Indiana Public Service Co LLC (NIPSCO).

The project was carried out under a EUR-300-million (USD 318.6 m) build-and-transfer agreement in between EDPR's subsidiary EDP Renewables The United States and Canada LLC and also the Indiana-based gas and also electric utility.
The renewable energy firm is pursuing EUR 8 billion of earnings under its asset rotation programme through 2021-2025. EDPR noted it has so far protected EUR 3.4 billion under that programme.
