Belectric to Build 28.5 MWp UK Solar Plant

Belectric has been awarded the contract to construct the 28.5-MWp Bracon Ash solar plant near Norwich, England for British renewables developer Luminous Energy. Upon completion, the plant is expected to be able to power over 9,500 households annually and will begin operations by summer 2024. Belectric will also oversee operations and provide maintenance services for the plant. This contract adds to Belectric's expanding presence in the UK and the Netherlands where it was recently contracted to build four solar sites with an installed capacity of over 75 MWp.
