AtlasInvest-backed Aukera to purchase 1-GW solar portfolio in Germany
- Aukera Energy, a renewable resource financial investment platform of energy investor AtlasInvest, will certainly obtain a roughly 1-GW portfolio of solar projects in Germany from Berlin-based Securenergy Solutions AG.

The target portfolio contains solar (PV) plans that are currently under development. Spread across various parts of the country, the projects have a preliminary capacity of 1 GW in overall, the customer claimed on Friday.
As part of the deal, structured as a joint endeavor, Securenergy will look after establishing the portfolio, while Aukera will be its proprietor and will certainly handle the construction as well as procedure of the plants.
The deal sustains Aukera's efforts to boost its footing in the German market and reinforce its position in the renewable energy market. Discussing the arrangement, the firm's founder Pascal Emsens claimed highlighted the importance of the German sustainable market for Aukera's growth technique. "We intend to expand our presence and also pipe in Germany," he included.
With head offices in Brussels as well as London, Aukera was established in 2011 to buy solar, onshore wind, storage space, and various other "high-impact" energy change projects. The platform's goal is to deliver 2.7 GW of renewable energy projects throughout Europe by the end of 2022.
