Statkraft's German Solar-Battery Power Plant
Statkraft has been awarded a contract to build a 47 MW solar power plant and 16 MW battery storage facility in Zerbst, Germany. This project, expected to commence in summer 2025, will provide energy to power around 14,000 households. Part of Statkraft's ambitious growth targets, the firm also secured a 500 MW offshore wind project in Ireland.
