Tigo Energy has introduced the Tigo TS4-X line of MLPE products, designed for high-powered solar panels up to 800 W in the commercial and industrial as well as utility solar markets. The new devices offer compatibility with Pure Signal technology in Tigo RSS Transmitters and a Multi-Factor Rapid Shutdown option for solar systems serving critical sectors like food and pharmaceutical cold chains. The TS4-X line includes models with optimization, advanced monitoring, and rapid shutdown capabilities, with features such as over-current and over-temperature protection.
The TS4-X devices are IEC- and UL-certified for global acceptance and compliant with NEC 2017 and 2020 Rapid Shutdown specifications. They can be easily installed with industry-standard MC4 connectors and offer field-upgradable monitoring without the need for hardware replacement.
