Vodaphone and Centrica have signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with MYTILINEOS S.A for the output of three solar farms in the UK.

Greek commercial group Mytilineos SA (FRA: MYH) on Thursday stated it has reached economic close on a trio of solar farms in New South Wales, Australia with an incorporated capability of 120 MWp.

In a joint declaration launched yesterday, Italy-based Maire Tecnimont's subsidiary NextChem and also Greece-based MYTILINEOS' Renewable and Storage Development Business Unit (RSD BU) announced their finalizing of an arrangement to with each other perform an expediency research for the development of an eco-friendly hydrogen plant in Italy.

Mytilineos is seeking to move its worldwide experience of solar and also storage project advancement to help decarbonise the Greek electric system as well as struck 3GW of PV ability by 2030.
