SUSI invests in solar developer Asia Clean Capital Vietnam
- Swiss fund manager SUSI Partners has actually reached an agreement to purchase Asia Clean Capital Vietnam (ACCV), a developer of rooftop as well as ground-mounted solar photovoltaic or pv (PV) projects.

The investment is structured as an exchangeable loan featuring a sustainability-linked mechanism. More details were not provided.
ACCV uses lasting offtake agreements to both commercial and also commercial customers in Vietnam and also has until now created greater than 165 MW of rooftop solar projects. The business is an affiliate of China-based clean energy solutions supplier Asia Clean Capital (ACC).
SUSI is making the bet through its Asia Energy Transition Fund (SAETF) whose portfolio includes investments in utility-scale renewables, energy effectiveness and also customer-centred clean energy.
The deal with ACCV comes after the Swiss fund supervisor introduced a new platform previously this year to invest in Southeast Asia's renewables market.
