- European Energy A/S shines bright in Australia with the construction of a 56-MW solar park, powering 15,000 homes annually with innovative bifacial panels.

European Energy A/S has begun construction on a 56-MW solar park in Victoria, Australia. The Mokoan photovoltaic farm will use bifacial panels to generate green power for over 15,000 homes annually. The project, located in the Hume region on a 94-hectare site primarily used for grazing, is expected to be operational next year.
The development of the Mokoan project was approved in 2018 and expanded in 2020, with funding secured through a debt deal with NORD/LB. European Energy plans to continue investing in renewable energy projects in Australia, with over 5 GW in active development and an additional 3 GW in screening for future realization.
