Ecoener wins concession for 30-MW solar project in Dominican Republic

- The Dominican Republic's national energy commission CNE introduced on Monday it has granted the conclusive giving in for the 30-MW/36-MWp Cumayasa II solar project.

EFD Ecoener Fotovoltaica Dominicana SRL, a system of Spanish renewables company Grupo Ecoener SAU (BME: ENER), lags the renewable energy system.
Cumayasa II will certainly be located in the municipality of Villa Hermosa, La Romana province as well as its giving in has a duration of 25 years, according to CNE's archive.
Last month, the energy commission provided a conclusive giving in to an additional solar project developed by EFD Ecoener-- the Cumayasa I which will have a capability of 50-MW/60-MWp and will certainly be built in the exact same region.
