Clearvise Expands Portfolio with 42-MW German Solar Park
- Clearvise AG expands its renewable energy portfolio with the acquisition of a 42-MW solar park, Wolfsgarten, from Altus Renewables GmbH.
Clearvise AG, a German renewable power producer, has acquired a 42-MW solar park from Altus Renewables GmbH. The solar park, named Wolfsgarten, began generating electricity in April and will be marketed under a power purchase agreement. This acquisition has increased Clearvise's total operational power generation portfolio to 316 MW.
The value of the acquisition was not disclosed, but Clearvise and Altus have been collaborating on the project since 2021. The companies also concluded power purchase agreements for another 10-MW PV project called Heiligenfelde. The ownership of Heiligenfelde will remain with the utility Stadtwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden-based developer. CEO Petra Leue-Bahns stated that the Wolfsgarten solar park was able to start operations on schedule before the high irradiation summer months.
