Enlightify Inc, formerly known as China Green Agriculture Inc, has partnered with Huadian Gaintime Beijing Investment Fund Management to invest in renewable energy, aiming to develop at least 500 MW of projects each year. The collaboration will focus on solar, wind, and hydropower initiatives through the establishment of an Overseas Ready-to-Build Development Fund, with Enlightify as a limited partner and Gaintime Fund as the manager.

The partnership will initially concentrate on renewable markets in Europe and Southeast Asia, identifying projects in Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Bosnia, and Romania. These projects will involve wind and solar photovoltaic (PV) schemes with capacities ranging from 30 MW to 287 MW and are at different development stages, some already permitted. CEO Zhuoyu Li emphasized the strengths of the partnership in advancing clean energy projects globally.
