BYD, Orion-E sign up with pressures for 100 MWp of solar projects in Brazil

- Chinese batteries and electrical vehicles maker BYD Company Ltd (HKG:1211) has actually coordinated with Brazilian energy infrastructure firm Orion-E Sustainable Energy to create 100 MWp of solar projects in the South American nation.

According fully EPC agreement, the duo prepares to build a total amount of 1,000 distributed generation (DG) solar systems with a 100-kWp capacity each within two years. The projects will certainly be executed ashore leased from little rural producers.
Especially, BYD will supply design, procurement as well as building and construction (EPC) services for the solar arrays via its neighborhood partners while Orion-E will certainly be in charge of the output distribution by leasing the plants throughout customers.
